Our background.

INNOVA’s founder brings more than 14 years of international business and technology experience, from 2012 onward, working with companies across many jurisdictions, industries and operating environments.

That work moved step by step from business operations to digital systems, to software products, to applied AI. INNOVA CONSULT LTD. was incorporated federally in 2023 and is based in Ottawa, where it now focuses on applied innovation: building its own products and preparing joint projects with Canadian organizations.

Maksym Stepanenko

Since 2012 Maksym has helped thousands of small and mid-sized businesses in more than 50 countries grow and protect themselves through strategy, legal structure, tax and marketing. In recent years he has brought applied AI into those businesses and into INNOVA’s own products. He incorporated INNOVA CONSULT LTD. in Ottawa in 2023. Master’s degree in Economic Theory, with honours.

INNOVA is founder-led. For funded and client projects, engineering, security review and domain specialists are brought in as named subcontractors or partner firms, listed in the proposal before work starts.
